Impact-resistant gloves protect the back of the hand against impact hazards such as falling objects, swinging chain, and bumps caused by working in tight spaces. Medium cut levels (ANSI A4-A5) protect against cuts caused when performing automotive assembly and mining tasks, encountering sharp edges on ductwork, and handling recycling materials. Riggers gloves have longer cuffs to cover the wrist and are reinforced to extend working life in heavy applications such as demolition, construction, and oil rigging.
