Recently, though, it's become a popular type of workout supplement thanks to its energy-boosting effects. Green tea contains a small amount of caffeine but a significant amount of antioxidants. This combination boosts energy levels while also detoxing the body.
From creatine and amino acids to protein and green tea, there are numerous workout supplements available. Because each type of supplement has a different effect, there's no single best. Rather, you'll need to experiment with the different supplements to see which one is right for you.
