OSHA Publishes Final Rule on Electronic Recordkeeping
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has published its final rule on electronic recordkeeping.Effective August 10, employers who offer incentives to workers as part of their own safety programs can be cited for a violation.
