A blow to the crown activates the SuperEight crown impact system. A lateral impact activates the patented attenuator band which provides protection for outer edge of the cap. Cap features SuperEight impact energy control system that dissipates force by reducing it to smaller increments and increases protective performance. Cap featuring SE-2 airflow design provides air circulation within the shell. It meets ANSI-Z89.1 Type II and Class E standards.
