Additionally, it is crucial to know chemical compatibility as it relates to the establishment of materials of the cabinet itself. Industrial Storage
Acids are strongly corrosive to all body tissue because of high toxicity levels. Our acid cabinets are produced using acid-resistant materials and are built with a tray to restrain possible leaks or spills from spreading. Depending on the amount of storage needed, cabinets can be purchased with single, double or triple shelves - which hold up to 60 gallons of corrosives. Cabinets sold meet most consumer needs in regards size and the acid material intended to be stored within containers. Metal cabinets meet NFPA code 30 and all OSHA requirements.
These particular cabinets are capable of storing small containers up to 5-gallon capacity of flammable and nonflammable acids and caustic liquids. For additional protection each cabinet is furnished with high-density polyethylene trays for the shelves below the cabinet. This finish is superior to epoxy and enamel painted surfaces but is not recommended for use with sulfuric, nitric, or hydrochloric Acid. Metal cabinets meet NFPA code 30 and all OSHA requirements. If you need cabinets to use with acids, which are not, recommended, it's best to look into EAGLE poly acid-corrosive cabinets.
Equipped with two manual doors, and dimensions ranging from 31 inches in length and 65 inches in width, this 342lbs wardrobe is convenient for all safety storage during any construction setting. Trilingual warning labels make this an excellent supplement for any atmosphere where dangerous chemicals are being utilized, in order for maximum safety to be ensured. Two-raised front sill prevents leaks, and poly shelves contain small spills for increased corrosion protection.
